About Excel Window Tinting

We got our start in the window film business back in 1980.  There was a local company, Garden State Custom Window Tinting, which we had approached for a summer job.  Not only did we get the job, but it continued throughout high school and college and even a few larger jobs after graduation.  Our starting role was simply to prep the windows but that then lead to installing film as well as making sales calls.

Excel Window Tinting was started in 2002 after moving to the Chicago area and realizing there was a strong need for a high quality window tinting company.  We offer solutions to commercial and residential clients that are seeking a quality product from a dedicated and professional company.  No client is too large or project too small for us to handle.  Our firm has handled hundreds of local and national clients for over ten years and we continue to build our list of satisfied customers.  Some of our past local projects include Midway Airport, Northern Trust Bank, DuPage Credit Union, Jimmy John’s, Sprint and Binny’s Beverage Depot.

We are accustomed to working with large pieces of film, following a schematic and working above ground level on scaffolding and lifts.
